It's Not Improv, It's Wu Prov
Combining a commitment to truth with the martial arts philosophy and discipline of Bruce Lee and the structure and attitude of the Wu Tang Clan, The Wu Prov Academy has created a truly unique improv experience. The Wu takes improv out of the realm of theater games and puts the focus on emotion, characters and storytelling.
This focus has allowed the Wu to develop what critics have called Improv 3.0. If you want to see a pair of actors improvise a Shakespearean play or come up with a 20 minute concert on the spot, the Wu has you covered. The Wu has also returned to improv's sketch comedy roots with Insta-Sketch. While a sketch is being performed on stage another group of actors is working on a sketch, based on audience suggestions, that they will perform immediately after the current sketch finishes.
